Can I get a personalized/custom puzzle in any size?

The size of the puzzle we can make depends on the resolution of the photograph.  Cell phone photos cannot normally be enlarged beyond the 120 piece puzzle size without serious distortion.  “Point and shoot” camera photos can sometimes be enlarged up to 500 piece puzzles provided no cropping is required.  If you want a large high quality jigsaw puzzle, a high resolution camera photo is recommended.

What do you charge for personalized puzzles?

If your photos require little or no editing, personalized jigsaw puzzles cost the same as our nature puzzles.  If more editing is required,  there may be an additional charge of $2 – $5.  Once we review your photos, we will advise you prior to editing if an additional editing charge is required.

Do you take international orders?

We accept both Canadian and US orders.

Do you accept wholesale orders?

Yes we do.  Please contact us for pricing.

What if the puzzle I purchased is missing a piece?

If a puzzle you purchased is missing a piece or has any other defect, we will replace the puzzle and ship it to you at no charge.  Puzzle pieces occasionally “jump” when being cut and fall into the machine, so we are well aware this problem can occur, and no proof of defect is required.

Do you accept credit card payments?

We accept both credit card and debit card payments through Paypal.  If you do not use Paypal, please email us to arrange an e-transfer payment.

How difficult are your puzzles?

Puzzle difficulty ranges from easy to extremely challenging.  The 20 large piece puzzles and 15 piece magnet puzzles are quite easy to assemble.  The 30 piece and 60 piece puzzles are somewhat more challenging and are therefore not recommended for younger kids.  The 120, 240 and 600 piece puzzles have smaller pieces and little variation in the shape of the puzzle pieces, and they are therefore quite challenging.

How well do the pieces interlock?

If done correctly, the puzzle pieces will interlock perfectly.  If there are gaps between the pieces, bumps, or odd angles, then some of the pieces are incorrectly placed.
